Send an email from the Google account used in ListenToMe. Include the word “delete” in the subject and the account email address in the message.

What we delete

• Your Firebase Authentication account and account profile data.
• Uploaded source files, generated audiobooks, job metadata, notification tokens, and usage records associated with the account.
• Legacy access-request records associated with the account, where present.

Verification and timing

We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting data. We will reply if we need additional information. Some security or legal records may be retained temporarily when required, and we will explain that in our reply.
